SHIPPING & RETURNS

1.0 SHIPPING POLICY

  • All paid shipments are made via insured carriers such as DPD, Bpost, and Mondial Relay.

  • FREE shipping on orders over €100 to your preferred pickup point (3 business days).

  • As soon as your package is ready for shipment, it will be delivered to your home as quickly as possible.

  • You can track your package using the track & trace number you receive by email.

  • Due to the store's high volume, no packages are shipped on weekends. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday should be expected to leave on Tuesday. (The store is closed on Mondays.)

2.0 RETURN POLICY

TOTAL SALE IN OUR STORE AND WEBSHOP: Items cannot be returned for refunds. Thank you for your understanding!

2.3 Proof of shipment

We strongly recommend that you always retain proof of postage for your returns until they have been successfully processed. A return is considered successful once the purchase price has been credited to the relevant bank account. N Style is not responsible for any damage to items incurred during the return process. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging to prevent damage.

2.4 Handling

Returned items are carefully inspected for their required status before a refund is issued. After inspection, the return is processed systematically so that the purchase amount is credited to the relevant account as quickly as possible, within 14 days at the latest. If a return is not processed within the above timeframe, please contact N Style. Please have proof of shipment ready.

2.5 Exchange

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return it and then reorder the correct size and color through the N Style webshop. You can also exchange the item yourself at our store. In that case, you won't have to pay any shipping costs.

Shipping is only possible within Belgium and the Netherlands.

All prices on the website include VAT.
